  • Overview

    OnePoint Patient Care is seeking an HR / Recruiting Coordinator in our Illinois office to operate as an extension of the corporate HR department and assist with HR functions. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who will function independently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to prioritize, problem solve, and communicate effectively. We are looking for an energetic, passionate professional with strong people skills. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.


    Responsibilities and requirements are:

    • Manage recruiting process for both corporate and pharmacy positions nationally.
    • Create and implement recruiting solutions using a variety of resources, including industry networking, employee referrals, online sourcing, social media, and college programs.
    • Screen and interview candidates.
    • Represent OnePoint Patient Care with external employment agencies, at job fairs, employment conferences, colleges, and universities.
    • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to assess and strengthen selection decisions through the application of appropriate field benchmarks.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with various staffing agencies.
    • Handle complex, sensitive employee relations issues and maintain confidentiality.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide programs including compensation, benefits, and communications.
    • Compose and distribute communications regarding benefits, company successes, seasonal programs, and upcoming events.
    • Regularly address staff in the form of presentation and public speaking.
    • Plan and execute all office events, catered lunches, and employee appreciation incentives.
    • Manage company “lunch-and-learn” program and quarterly training webinars.
    • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and exit interviews for terminating employees.
    • Participate in weekly HR conference calls.


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience in HR, recruiting, and management preferred
    • Experience with iCIMS preferred
    • Highly organized
    • Self-motivated
