    Solves organizational operational problems by analyzing requirements; working with both IT and Operational teams to define solutions to ensure all requirements all properly translated and delivered.



    • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
    • Designs new operational flows by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying current capabilities; writing specifications.
    • Aides in the improvement of current systems by studying current practices/configurations; assists in designing modifications.
    • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
    • Works as a member of IT Project Teams to help identify Business/Client Requirements, Documents Requirements, Collaborates within Project Discussions, Gains feedback from Operational Teams on development updates/clarifications, Performs QA on new solutions to ensure requirements met and provide documentation/training material to operations on new functionality.
    • Works as part of a team that is Identified as the SME for all internal operational applications and OPPC Applications (Framework, RelayHealth, RxMessenger, OneConnectPoint, DoseSpot, ECM and Docutrak).
    • Stays up-to-date on new release activity of our 3rd Party Vendors (RelayHealth, Framework and DoseSpot) to identify new functionality and features, test to ensure current requirements are still met and help plan establish deployment schedules.
    • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Prepares Operational Feedback reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Versatility in handling multiple projects and re-prioritizations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Motivated individual with proven track record of on-time delivery
    • Must have in-depth experience of Pharmacy Operations




    • 8+ Years with HS or 6+ Years with AA or 4+ Years with BS



    • Standard office environment and mobility to travel between various organizational worksites and/or external meetings
    • Ability to apply critical thinking, and sound judgment in an ever-changing environment with multiple projects and competing priorities
    • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
