    • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
    • Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
    • Develop technical specifications and architecture
    • Test and debug various .NET applications
    • Review and refactor code
    • Deploy fully functional applications
    • Upgrade existing programs
    • Support junior developers’ work
    • Document development and operational procedures

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • 5+ years’ experience in SQL Development and Database Architecture
    • 5+ years’ experience in .Net Development (C# Preferred)
    • At least 7 years of experience working with large database systems
    • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and greater
    • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
    • Data modeling expertise
    • Proficiency in building web-based applications
    • Familiarity with agile environments
    • Troubleshooting abilities
    • Good communication skills
    • Experience developing high performing SQL statements and procedures and identify problems in areas such as: execution plans, index coverage, SQL server statistics, and query optimization
    • Ability to implement physical database objects, manage data, build and extend toolsets, extensive knowledge of Transact-SQL, transactions, error handling, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    • System integration experience
    • Experience in HIPAA application development
    • Experience developing Web/Window Applications in C# preferred
    • Experience with Framework LTC and EDI HL7 [Health Level 7] nice to have, but not required
    • Capable of mentoring in the reporting arena to people on the team who are less fluent in those aspects
